- Word limit on Mail: If you need to write an email with more than “30 words”, Don’t. Call or Setup a Conference or Walk to your co-worker for a quick standing meeting.
- Elevator Test: Any Idea which can not be explained in the elevator from Ground Floor to Top , should be Re-Drafted/Redesigned.
- Jargon Free Life: Bosses must not make use of “nonsensical statement” aka Jargon. Eg. Don’t think about it as it’s a problem, look at it as a challenge !
- “Official Cribbing Hour“ - Provide a official Platform for bitching and moaning , on topics like Salary, Management, Culture, People and Celebs.
- Dilbert should be quoted freely while training managers.
- Manager should not employ guilt and conscience, as a management tool, girlfriends do that very well.
