Gentoo is Doing the Job—Time to Format XP!

I've finally found all of the Linux applications I need to be completely independent.No need for Windows XP any more. Linux is that thing, you might not like it at first or you might like it at first glance but you'll never go back! There's always a distribution out there for you.
I used Ubuntu for a few months, loved it--every minute of it was a great experience(might sound like a geek thing to say but that's how good Linux really is). After a while I found Ubuntu lacking in the options I needed for my web development needs. I switched to Gentoo, with the help of a friend and now I'm completely addicted.
What's so great about Linux distributions?
- The OS rarely never, if never, ever crashes!
- You can have multiple desktop environments(KDE, GNOME, Xfce, Fluxbox, you name it)!
- Everything is open source, thus for free.
- You can run your favorite Windows programs using a program called Wine.
