Comment Form Embedded in Blogger Post

I have been hoping to place the 'Post a Comment' form directly under the post. It was in another page till now. It is much easier for readers to comment that way.

Thanks to Jack for this wonderful post, though it uses Blogger for Draft.

Now I also have Post Comment form embedded in the posts, kudos :) It also have a 'Subscribe to Comments' link.
