Apparently, for Apple, Inc. it’s $999.
Today Apple released new notebooks, for the MacBook Pros, MacBooks, and the Air. The major differences are how they are built, as well as spec differences as well. It looks however that the sub-$1000 price point is not somewhere Apple is willing to go.
